We're not your typical creative agency. At The Better Creative, we’re all about email design—our one and only focus. As our next Email Designer, you’ll craft captivating emails and bring them to life on different Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms.

What you'll be working on

  • Email Creation: Use our master templates to design and build an average of 3 emails daily.
  • Graphic Design: Develop visuals for emails and popups following client briefs.
  • Template Implementation: Build and integrate master templates into Stripo.
  • Feedback Integration: Follow detailed briefs closely, incorporating feedback swiftly and accurately.
  • Timely Turnaround: Deliver email designs within a 1-5 day timeframe, depending on client needs.
Must-haves and nice-to-haves

  • Experience: 1+ years in graphic design or at least 6 months in a marketing agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ESP platforms (like Klaviyo, Mailchimp), Figma, Photoshop, Adobe, and Illustrator.
  • English Skills: Strong written and spoken English.
  • Email Marketing Experience: Previous experience in email design is a bonus.
Location and hours

Fully Remote: We’re a remote-first company, so you can work from wherever you like!

Working hours
Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
