We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to grow The Better Creative’s email design services. Your mission? Generate qualified leads and position us as the top creative agency for exceptional email design.

What you'll be working on

  • Own our performance marketing across a broad mix of digital channels, including Paid Ads, SEO, Email, Affiliates, and Partnerships. You’ll strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across each platform.
  • Analyze performance data across channels, ensuring we’re getting the best return on investment. You’ll be the go-to person for insights that drive smarter marketing decisions.
  • Implement targeted marketing initiatives that align with our focus on email design, driving traffic and conversion across channels to increase our client base.
  • Coordinate the marketing calendar and campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and tactics are constantly refined.
  • Collaborate closely with the email design team, ensuring that marketing insights and performance data translate into strategies that bring in more clients seeking expert email design.
What You Bring

  • Analytical skills. You have a knack for uncovering what the data says and translating it into action. You know how to leverage channel-specific insights to drive performance.
  • Functional expertise across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social, etc.), with a particular focus on how to use these channels to support our email design services.
  • B2B marketing experience. You get how to position a digital agency and can craft messaging that speaks directly to prospective clients in need of email design expertise.
  • Strong communicator. You articulate ideas clearly, getting buy-in from the team and stakeholders to keep campaigns moving forward.
  • Goal-driven. You’re relentless in pursuit of hitting targets and adjusting strategies to ensure success.
